The challenge
Leaving a template builder risked losing artist and blog pages that already ranked. The studio also wanted questions answered at any hour, without an assistant inventing answers.
What we did
- A chat assistant that answers from the same content as the pages, with written rules on what it must not promise
- Call-back requests from the chat sent straight to the studio
- Every artist and blog page kept on its old address, with redirects for the rest
- Booking that routes visitors to the right artist's calendar, plus an event app with $25 deposits
