AI SEO For Me ("we", "us", "our") is an AI SEO agency that sells done-for-you AI SEO packages to local businesses in the United States. We are based in Lexington Park, MD 20653.

Information you give us. When you send the contact form, start a Growth Score or buy a package, you may give us:

• Contact details: your name, email address and phone number
• Business details: your business name, website, services and the city or area you serve
• Messages: the topic and content of anything you send us
• Billing details: collected and stored by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
• Account access: access to business accounts you choose to connect, such as your Google Business Profile

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view and the time of your visit. We use this to keep the site secure, fast and working.

Public business information. To measure your AI visibility and local SEO, we review public information about your business, such as your listings, reviews, website and how AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini answer questions about your services.

• To reply to your messages and support requests, usually within one business day
• To deliver the package you buy, including your AI Visibility Score, reports and local SEO work
• To process payments and manage your monthly subscription
• To send service emails about your account, billing and results
• To keep our website secure and prevent fraud, spam and abuse
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations

We will only send you marketing emails if you ask for them, and every marketing email includes a link to unsubscribe. We do not use your information to train AI models.

When you connect your Google Business Profile so we can do Google Business Profile optimization, we only access the data needed to manage that profile for you, such as business details, posts, photos, reviews and performance insights.

• We use Google user data only to provide and improve the services you asked for.
• We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
• We do not let people read it unless you agree, it is needed for security or the law requires it.
• You can remove our access at any time in your Google account settings.

Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, and only what they need to do their job:

• Email delivery: SendLayer, which delivers the messages you send through our forms
• Payments: our payment processor, which handles checkout and billing
• Hosting: the provider that hosts and secures our website
• Platforms we work on for you: such as Google, when we update your Google Business Profile

These providers may only use your information to provide their service to us. We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or merger of our business. If that happens, this policy still applies to your information.

We keep contact form messages for as long as we need them to help you. We keep account and billing records while you are a customer and for up to seven years after, to meet tax and accounting rules. When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it anonymous.

Our website runs over HTTPS, and only the team members who need customer information to do the work can access it. We use trusted providers for email and payments. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, but we work hard to protect yours, and we will tell you if a breach affects your information, as the law requires.

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you
• Correct information that is wrong or out of date
• Delete your information, unless we must keep it by law
• Stop sending you marketing emails

California and other US states. Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Maryland and other states with privacy laws may have extra rights, such as the right to know, delete, correct and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not treat you differently for using your rights.

To make a request, email hello@aiseoforme.com. We will reply within 30 days and may need to confirm who you are first. You can also ask someone you authorize to make a request for you.

Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals. Our Cookie Policy lists exactly what the site stores and why.

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as our services change. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. If we make a significant change, we will email customers before it takes effect. This policy works together with our Terms & Conditions.
