These terms and conditions are an agreement between you and AI SEO For Me, based in Lexington Park, MD 20653. By using aiseoforme.com or buying a package, you agree to them, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you buy for a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.

We sell monthly AI SEO packages for local businesses. Each package includes the work described on our pricing page at the time you buy. Depending on the package, that can include:

• AI visibility tracking across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Copilot
• Google Business Profile optimization and review management
• Local SEO, listings and citations
• Technical SEO and on-page fixes
• Monthly reports with your AI Visibility Score

We may improve or change what a package includes, and we will tell you before any change that reduces what you get.

• Packages are billed in advance each month, in US dollars, on the date you first bought.
• Payments are handled by our payment processor. You authorize us to charge your payment method every month until you cancel.
• Prices do not include taxes, which we add where the law requires.
• If a payment fails, we will let you know. We may pause work until the payment goes through.
• We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before we change the price of your package.

You can move to a bigger or smaller package at any time. Upgrades start right away, and we charge the difference for the rest of the month. Downgrades start at your next billing date.

There are no contracts. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or by emailing hello@aiseoforme.com. Your package stays active until the end of the month you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Because our team starts work as soon as you buy, monthly fees are not refundable once a billing month has started. If something went wrong, such as a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled, contact us within 30 days and we will refund it.

To do the work, we need your help. You agree to:

• Give us accurate, up-to-date information about your business
• Give us access to the accounts we need, such as your Google Business Profile, website or listings
• Approve or reply to our requests within a reasonable time
• Only ask us to publish content you have the right to use
• Follow the rules of the platforms we work on for you, including Google's guidelines for business profiles and reviews

AI assistants, search engines and maps decide for themselves what to show, and they change how they work often. We use proven methods and measure your progress every month, but we cannot guarantee any specific ranking, AI recommendation, traffic, calls or revenue. Be careful of any SEO company that does.

Examples on our website use fictional businesses to show how AI answers look. They are not customers and not promises of results.

Our work depends on platforms we do not control, such as Google, Apple Maps, Yelp and AI assistants. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, suspensions or decisions, but we will help you respond to them as part of your package.

Content we create for your business, such as service pages, posts and profile updates, belongs to you once you have paid for the month it was made in. Our website, reports, software, methods and brand belong to AI SEO For Me. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer them.

We keep your logins, business data and reports confidential and use them only to provide your services. Please keep anything we share with you privately, such as our reports and methods, confidential too.

Please don't misuse our website. That includes trying to break or overload it, scraping it, sending spam through our forms or using it for anything unlawful. We may block access for anyone who does.

Our website and services are provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, AI SEO For Me is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

You agree to cover any claims against us caused by content or information you gave us, or by your breach of these terms.

We may stop providing services if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if we can no longer offer a package. If we end a package for a reason that is not your fault, we will refund any unused part of the month you paid for.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. If a dispute comes up, please contact us first, and we will try to solve it in good faith. Any dispute that can't be solved that way will be handled by the courts of Maryland.

These terms are the whole agreement between us. If any part can't be enforced, the rest still applies. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control. If we don't enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If a change affects your package, we will email you at least 30 days before it applies.
