A new website loaded in eight seconds on phones and half its treatment pages were not indexed. After a technical clean-up and new treatment pages, organic bookings more than doubled.

The challenge
Large images and booking scripts slowed every page, 23 treatment pages were blocked from Google by a leftover setting, and the titles and headings did not say what each treatment was or where.
What we did
- Fixed indexing, redirects and the sitemap, then resubmitted every page
- Compressed images and delayed heavy scripts until they were needed
- Rewrote titles, headings and copy for each treatment and the city
- Added treatment and FAQ schema
The results
- Mobile load time dropped from 8.1 to 1.9 seconds
- All 23 treatment pages are indexed and 17 reach page one
- Online bookings from search grew to 2.4 times their starting level
